I would like to know if liposuction will be suitable for me. I am 1.57m tall and weigh about 75kg and will be 28 yrs this year (this has been my highest weight)

I have put on tremendous amount of weight since the past 3 years. Else my weight never exceeded 62kg.

There is fat bulging almost every body part but the most being concentrated on my lower body, thighs, buttocks, hip.

But if I am suitable for liposuction, I would like to consider a full body makeover.

I am married but I have no children yet but I am concerned if I undergo liposuction (abdomen) will there be risk impact to my pregnancy later? Is there chances the canula might get poked to the wrong nerves/organs or tissues in the body?

Last but not least is there any major/minor side effects, risks involved and will I regain the weight/fats a few months or years after the procedure.

Would you advise to do liposuction before or after pregnancy? My concern is I am already so heavy, doctor has said that if I am unable to reduce weight, I would be having swollen legs most of time due to excess weight that my legs have to carry as 10 to 15kgs can be put on during entire course of pregnancy.

 will there be risk impact to my pregnancy later? not at all

 Is there chances the canula might get poked to the wrong nerves/organs ror tissues in the body?we use micro cannulae and this complication is rare.however there may be some temporoary altered sensations which will revert back to normal after a few weeks.

For my case, how many litres of fat can be removed the most via liposuction? for this i will need to see you, but remember that liposuction is done for body contouring and loss of weight is only a biproduct,also results are dependant on the man behind the machine and not the machine

 Can it be done in 1 session for multiple areas?yes it can but if many areas are in consideration then another sitting may be necessary.

Last but not least is there any major/minor side effects, risks involved and will I regain the weight/fats a few months or years after the procedure.

 minor side effects loke soreness,numbness, bruising will sethe down soon,you will need to follow a healhy lifestyle to retain the results of liposuction

Would you advise to do liposuction before or after pregnancy? the procedure is done if you want it .pregnancy has no relationship.of course liposuction will not prevent the skin changes that you will get after pregnancy

The present day implants are of very high quality and the incidence of capsular contracture is very rare.

This is not a frequent occurance and we use CUI and US FDA approved Implants and contractures are rare

You can bring a friend relative If you can manage by yourself they can be there after surgery for awhile till you are better.

It will not be a problem and you can breast feed your child

The present implants are durable and last for many years.Those that have been done 15 years back by me are still in good shape.

I have just come across your name and details in the internet. I have a case to put for your review. I am a 42 year old male  from Kerala. I am not diabetic, nor do I have high BP. I am not allergic to any medicine but I had had heyver starting with sneezing, twice or once in a year. Now let me explain my case.

Yes I do correct these problems related to the nose. The shape of the nose will become better.Correction of the nose and septum will be done at the same sitting.This procedure is called as septorhinoplasty.Side effects are temporary.These include swelling and bruising which will come in way of appretiating the complete result which may take 6 weeks to 6 months to appretiate.You will be hospitalised for a day and you will follow up on 5th and 10th post operative days.Most of my patients get back to work in a couple of days time.15 days is good enough for treatment.

Liposuction is common for all the gynecomastia procedures.Gland is excised if it is hard and cannot be sucked out.

She will stay at hospital for a day or two
She will then stay in a near by lodge and come for a follow up on the 5th day after operation

No the protocol remains the same as above.

The vest is like a tight banian and is concealed with the clothes that you wear.
