I came across Dr Venkatesh while researching Plastic Surgeons on the internet. His website is very informative in that it talks about the different procedures in depth along with the risks involved. There were a couple of videos explaining the procedure I was interested in, which was very helpful and prepared me for what to expect during surgery. Obtaining an appointment was very easy as Dr Venkatesh personally answers all his phone calls. He is very accommodating and flexible with scheduling meetings and calls. This was particularly important to me as I had a fixed time-frame to complete my surgery. During my consultation, I found him to be very knowledgeable about the science and aesthetics of plastic surgery. He was very patient and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. The surgical facility was state-of-the-art. I was recommended overnight’s stay at the hospital, where the staff provided good post-operative care and ensured I was comfortable during my stay. Dr Venkatesh was always available to answer my phone calls regardless of the day and time. His prognosis of my recovery was accurate. He is extremely pleasant to deal with. I love the results of my surgery and admit I’m very happy with my decision to go with Dr Venkatesh.
