Hello Sir,

This is VN, and i am a software engineer working at USA. i was going through internet few days back and saw some clips of your patients on 'youtube' and some blogs too.

i have a problem with overweight, whcih, i am currently 87 kgs and want to cut down few lbs of my body fat and thought that i should under go liposuction treatment.

i will be so glad to you if you can assist me with the answers to the following questions, so that i will make my arrangement to meet you in person as i am coming to India by end of this month.

1. How long the surgery will take and what method is used?
2. what will be the recover time for the one who under go this surgery?
3. how much does it cost? so that i can arrange.
4. are there going to be any side effects now and in future? does the fat will get accumulate back after some days?

This is AR from bangalore. Before i start, i must say that the youtube video of some of your patients suffering from Gynecomastia gave me some hope, since i am also suffering from the same embarrassment, i cant wear tight t-shirt or go swimming in the public places.

I am 6ft tall, weighing 76kgs, medium built, and i have been having this small lump in my breast since i was 16years old, and now i have turned 29years. I tried going to the gym to get rid of the lump, but it didn't help much, instead made me look fit.

All i need to know is an approx cost to get rid of this lump, according to me it is small and not much fat around it, but i am bit concerned about the small little lump that i have.

Can you please mail me back with an approx cost, so that it gives me an idea and i can prepare myself for surgery since i have a long off in the month of feb.

Problem Details: I need liposuction performed on my tummy, may be on both lower and upper abdomen. But before that i want to understand whether the problem is really with the fat or loose skin. here with i attached my photo of my chest.

i have the following doubts ...please clarify ...

Does it have any side effect in the future.

2) can I go to office after the surgery by wearing the complex pressure garments for 4 weeks, is that quite easy to go office by wearing the garment.

3) could you please let me know how much the cost-price for the surgery for Gynecomastia will be, so that I can make it before I travel over there.

4) will I have a scar on my chest which may remains for ever after the surgery

5) one final question , once I done with the surgery, it means that I will never get the man boops again in my life, is that right , is that why you are removing the gland or what.

waiting for your reply, mostly by next month I am planning to travel Bangalore for the surgery, before that I want to clarify my doubts and I have to intimate my parents and convince them that it is completely safe with out any side effects.

The costume will be like a tight banian.It will not come in way of your dressing.I do not have at the moment any pics.

Plz keep 12 to 15 days before you travel asa you are contemplating lipo at various sites.
Do i need to attend some sort of check up after few days, after getting done.
YES, 5th day post op and 10th day post op.
